Media Licensing & Copyright
All photographs/media remain the copyrighted property of Fox Real Estate Media. Payment for photography/media services grants the hiring client a limited, non-transferable license to use the delivered images/media solely for marketing the property for the purpose and duration for which the photography/videography was originally commissioned.

Images/media may not be sold, transferred, sub-licensed, distributed, or provided to third parties—including property owners, future listing agents, brokerages, builders, property managers, vacation-rental operators, or other businesses—for separate commercial use without prior written permission from Fox Real Estate Media.

A change in listing agent, brokerage, property ownership, or marketing purpose does not automatically transfer or renew the original license. Reuse of photographs/media for a subsequent sale, rental, or new listing requires a new license unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Third parties wishing to use previously created photographs/media may contact Fox Real Estate Media to purchase an appropriate usage license. Unauthorized use may result in additional licensing fees and/or other remedies available under applicable copyright law.
